Here, we believe in personally taking care of every client, addressing concerns, and ultimately making sure you have what you want. We can provide communication via e-mail, text messaging, instant messaging, telephone, and/or in person. It is also our desire to keep our clients informed and educated. We'll keep you up to date on "what's new" with your computer.

With our experience and education, we have the ability to provide assistance with a variety of technical issues. We can't possibly list them all. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about our services.

Where and when do we provide our services? Our services are available throughout the Olympic Peninsula (some charges may apply depending on distance). Simply contact us and we'll arrange a time to meet. We understand that things can go wrong when you least expect it, and we like to be as flexible as possible. In this way all, of your technical computer needs are taken care of as soon as possible!

Chip Smith Computers was established in June of 2008 as a legitimate Washington State business in Clallam County. Owner and CEO, Chip Smith, aspired to serve the citizens in his surrounding communitites with the best possible tech support at the most reasonable rates and the fastest turn around times. We make it our goal to over deliver on all our products and services provided.

Chip is a certified PC technician. He holds certifications in Windows XP, Active Directory, Networking, Avaya IP Office and Computer Forensics. He has been working in the computer related field for seven years through various employeers including Olypen and the City of Sequim. Aside from this entrepenual venture, he was also co-owner and lead tech for Computer Tech Guys in Memphis,TN, which desolved due to Chip moving to Washington State and his Co-owner persuing different business opportunities in the PGA.

While Chip does most of the technical aspects and face-to-face interactions with the customers, it is Kate who deals primarily with follow-ups and making sure the customer is taken care of. She is also our financial manager.
